Kbntrys Store provides high-quality products and excellent after-sales service. If you have any questions, please send an email to service@kbntrys.com. The full warranty terms are as follows:

Kbntrys Store guarantees that all products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. If any problems occur during normal use, we will repair or replace them free of charge.

Please keep your order information in a safe place (after placing an order, we will send you an order confirmation email with detailed information).

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. The warranty only applies to products that have been used and maintained in accordance with the accompanying manual and have not been damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, modification, theft, fire, water or other force majeure.

2. Products purchased second-hand or through unknown channels.

3. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
